About
We started Tectranz to fix the paid internship
Too many final-year students pay for an "internship" and get a PDF certificate and some recorded videos. Tectranz exists to make the fee buy real training, real work with a real company, and records a college can trust.
Final-year students across India need an internship to graduate, and most of them need it during a semester when they're also attending classes. The options they find tend to be either unpaid and hard to get, or paid and thin on substance.
Tectranz sits between colleges and companies. We run the training, companies bring the problems, and we keep the documentation that colleges need to award credits. Students pay a fee for the training and mentoring; partner companies host interns for free and meet candidates they've already seen work.
We focus on AI because that's where companies need people and where the gap between a demo and a working system is widest. Our flagship track teaches the engineering around the model, not just prompting.
