- You must be 18 or older, or have verifiable consent from a parent or guardian.
- Prices include 18% GST. Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- We do not guarantee a job, placement, stipend or college credits.
- Certificates need at least 80% attendance, all assessments submitted and a passed final review.
- You own the code you write, except partner work covered by a partner's NDA or IP terms.
- Disputes go to our grievance process first, then to arbitration seated in [City].
01About these terms
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Tectranz ("we", "us", "our"). They apply when you use https://tectranz.com, apply for a programme, pay for one, or take part in training or an internship through us.
By submitting an application, paying, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. They are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and do not need a physical signature.
These documents also form part of your agreement with us:
- Privacy Policy
- Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Service Delivery Policy
- Intern Code of Conduct
- Disclaimer
- Cookie Policy
Business details: Tectranz, [Registered office address], [City], [State] – [PIN], India. GSTIN: [GSTIN]. Registration: [CIN / LLPIN / Udyam registration number].
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not apply or pay.
02Eligibility and your application
- You must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you can enroll only with verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian, who also accepts these Terms on your behalf.
- Our programmes are designed for final-year college students (4.1 and 4.2 semesters) and for job seekers.
- The information you give us must be true and complete. This includes your name exactly as it should appear on your certificate, your college and your graduation year.
- We may ask you to confirm details such as your college or year of study.
Your access details for online learning are personal. Do not share them. One enrollment is for one person. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your access.
We may decline an application if the information is false, if the cohort is full, or if we have a good reason to believe the applicant is not eligible. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full, unless the application was based on false information. In that case our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.
03Enrollment, fees and payment
- Prices on our website are in Indian Rupees and include 18% GST. The price at checkout is the price you pay. We do not add hidden charges.
- We accept payment through Razorpay: debit and credit cards, UPI, net banking and wallets. EMI is available where Razorpay or your bank offers it. Any EMI interest or charges are set by your bank or lender, not by us.
- Your seat is confirmed only when Razorpay confirms your payment. We then email you a confirmation and a GST invoice.
- We never receive or store your full card details. Razorpay processes them under its own terms.
- If money leaves your account but your enrollment is not confirmed, contact us with the payment reference. Failed payments are usually reversed automatically by Razorpay or your bank.
- If we change our prices, the change does not affect a programme you have already paid for.
- Pay only through our website checkout or an official payment link sent from our email address. Our Beware of Fraud notice explains how to spot fake requests.
Cancellations, refunds and cohort transfers are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
04How programmes are delivered
Training is delivered by Tectranz. The internship or project part is carried out with partner companies, as described in the next section.
- Online plans (Starter, Professional and Industry) use live online sessions, recorded lessons, assignments and mentor reviews. You need your own computer and a stable internet connection.
- Offline plans are delivered at our office. Hybrid Campus needs you in the office 2 to 3 days a week, with the rest online. Immersive needs you in the office 5 days a week.
- Each programme runs for a set number of weeks from your cohort's start date.
We may need to change class timings, mentors, tools, the order of topics or office days, for example because of mentor availability or a partner's timeline. We will give you reasonable notice. If a change significantly reduces what you paid for, you can choose a free transfer to a later cohort or a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Our Service Delivery Policy explains how and when you receive access.
05Partner company internships
The internship or project part of your programme is carried out with partner companies. Please read this section carefully.
- Allocation is not guaranteed. Whether you get a partner project, and which one, depends on your performance in training, how well your skills fit the project, and what partners have available at the time.
- If a partner project is not available for you, or a partner withdraws a project, we will give you another project so you can complete your programme. It may be set by us or by another partner.
- Stipends are not promised.
- A partner may ask you to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) or accept its own rules on confidentiality, data and intellectual property. You must follow them. If you do not agree to a partner's terms, we will try to offer you a different project.
- At a partner's premises, on its systems and in its meetings, you must follow the partner's workplace rules as well as our Intern Code of Conduct.
- The internship does not make you an employee of ours or of the partner. Any job offer from a partner is a separate matter between you and that partner.
- Partner companies are independent businesses. We are not responsible for their decisions on hiring, stipends or references, but we will help if you face a problem during your project.
06Certificates and documents
Your documents kit includes an offer letter, an activity logbook, fortnightly progress reports, a final project report and a completion certificate.
You receive a completion certificate when you meet all of these conditions:
- At least 80% attendance in live online sessions or office days, as your plan requires.
- All assessments and assignments submitted.
- Your final project review passed.
Each certificate has a unique ID and a QR code. Anyone can check it at https://tectranz.com/verify-certificate.
We may withhold or revoke a certificate if we find plagiarism, undeclared AI-generated work, false information, serious misconduct, or a fraudulent payment dispute. A revoked certificate shows as revoked on our verification page. Before revoking, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
If your certificate has a mistake in your name or details, tell us and we will correct it.
07What we do not guarantee
- We do not guarantee a job, placement, interview or stipend. Placement preparation, referrals and hiring drives are opportunities, not promises.
- We do not guarantee that your college will grant academic credits. Our programmes are structured to align with the UGC Internship Guidelines 2023 and AICTE internship requirements, but your college decides whether to accept them. Check with your college before you enroll.
- Tectranz is not affiliated with, approved by or endorsed by UGC or AICTE.
- Your results depend on your own effort, attendance and prior skills.
Our Disclaimer explains these points in more detail.
08Intellectual property
Our course materials belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. This includes videos, recordings, slides, notes, assignments, assessments, code templates and project briefs, and the Tectranz name and logo.
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own learning. You may not copy, record, share, sell, upload or publish them, or use them to teach others, without our written permission.
You own the original code, reports and other work you create during the programme, with these exceptions:
- Work you do for a partner company, or with a partner's confidential data, may be owned by the partner or restricted by the partner's NDA or IP terms. You may not be able to publish it or show it in your portfolio without the partner's written permission.
- Open-source code and third-party tools you use stay under their own licences.
- Our templates and starter code stay ours, even when your project builds on them.
You allow us to use your submissions to review and grade them, to check originality, and to prepare your documents. We will ask your permission before we show your work publicly, for example on our website or social media.
Partner company names and logos belong to their owners.
09Acceptable use
When you use our website, learning platform, community groups or office, you must not:
- Share your access details, or let anyone else attend or submit work in your place.
- Record, download or redistribute live sessions or course materials, unless we allow it.
- Submit someone else's work as your own, or hide your use of AI tools. Declared AI use is allowed.
- Try to break into, overload, scan or disrupt our systems or a partner's systems. Security testing is allowed only on systems you have written permission to test as part of an assignment.
- Upload malware or other harmful code.
- Post content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, hateful or harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Spam or promote unrelated products in our community groups.
- Pretend to be someone else, or misrepresent your relationship with us or a partner.
- Use partner data for anything other than your assigned project.
Our Intern Code of Conduct sets out the behaviour we expect in more detail.
10Suspension and termination
You can withdraw from a programme at any time by telling us in writing. Any refund depends on our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms or the Intern Code of Conduct, give false information, do not pay, or raise a fraudulent chargeback.
Except in serious cases such as harassment, violence, fraud or data theft, we will warn you first and give you a chance to explain. If we end your enrollment for misconduct, you will not get a refund and we may withhold your certificate.
The sections on intellectual property, confidentiality, liability, indemnity and disputes continue to apply after your programme ends.
11Limitation of liability and indemnity
We deliver our programmes with reasonable skill and care. We do not make promises about outcomes beyond what these Terms and our policies say.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses, such as a lost job opportunity or lost income.
- Decisions made by partner companies, colleges, employers or other third parties.
- Outages or problems with services we do not control, such as your internet connection, Razorpay, WhatsApp or third-party AI tools.
- Mistakes in output produced by AI tools used during training.
Our total liability to you for any claim about a programme is limited to the fees you paid us for that programme.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any right you have that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other Indian law.
Indemnity: you agree to cover losses, claims and reasonable costs we face because you broke these Terms, broke a partner's NDA, infringed someone's intellectual property, or acted unlawfully during the programme. This applies only to the extent the loss was caused by you.
12Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a problem, please follow these steps:
- Talk to us. Most problems are solved quickly by writing to hello@tectranz.com or admissions@tectranz.com.
- Raise a grievance. If that does not solve it, write to our Grievance Officer, [Grievance Officer name], at grievance@tectranz.com. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days.
- Arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of your grievance, either side may refer it to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. A sole arbitrator will be appointed by mutual agreement, or under the Act if we cannot agree. The seat and venue of arbitration will be [City], and the proceedings will be in English.
Subject to arbitration, the courts at [City] have exclusive jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section stops you from contacting the National Consumer Helpline or filing a complaint before a Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Our Grievance Redressal page explains how.
13Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects you, we will email you before it takes effect. A change that is worse for you will not apply to a programme you have already paid for unless you agree to it.
Events beyond our control: we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events we cannot reasonably control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, government orders, power or internet outages, or failures of third-party platforms. We will tell you as soon as we can and offer a new date, online delivery, a transfer, or a refund where our Refund & Cancellation Policy provides one.
If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your enrollment to another person without our written consent.
