01About this disclaimer
This disclaimer explains the limits of what Tectranz can promise. Please read it before you enroll. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
02No job or placement guarantee
We do not guarantee a job, placement, interview or offer from any company, including our partner companies.
Where a plan includes placement preparation, mock interviews, referrals or hiring drives, these are opportunities to help you. Employers make their own hiring decisions based on their needs and their assessment of you.
Be careful of anyone who promises you a job in exchange for money. We never do this.
03Partner internship allocation
The internship or project part of your programme is carried out with partner companies. Which project you get depends on your performance, how well your skills fit the project, and what partners have available at the time. We cannot promise a specific partner, project or role.
04No stipend promised
We do not promise a stipend. The fee you pay covers training, mentoring, project experience and your documents.
05Academic credit is your college's decision
Our programmes are structured to align with the UGC Internship Guidelines 2023 (under NEP 2020) and AICTE internship requirements, including the rule that 30 hours of engagement equals 1 credit.
Your college decides whether to grant credits, and how many. We cannot guarantee that credits will be accepted. Please check with your college's internship coordinator or nodal officer before you enroll.
Tectranz is not affiliated with, approved by, accredited by or endorsed by UGC or AICTE.
06Results vary
What you get out of the programme depends on your effort, attendance, prior knowledge and the time you put in.
Example projects, sample work and descriptions of outcomes on our website show what is possible. They are not a promise of what you will achieve.
07Partner names and trademarks
Partner company names and logos belong to those companies. We show them to tell you who we work with on internship projects. Showing them does not mean the company guarantees any outcome for you.
Names of tools and platforms, such as WhatsApp, Google or Razorpay, belong to their owners. We use them only to describe the services we use.
08AI tools can make mistakes
Our training uses AI models and tools made by other companies. These tools can give answers that are wrong, out of date, biased or insecure, even when they sound confident.
Always check AI output before you rely on it, especially code, facts and anything that affects real people. Do not paste personal data or a partner's confidential data into public AI tools.
We are not responsible for the availability, pricing, terms or output of third-party AI tools.
09Accuracy of information
We work to keep the information on our website correct and up to date. Curriculum details, tools, schedules and mentors may change as the field moves.
If we find a mistake on the website, we will correct it. The price and terms shown at checkout and in your confirmation email are the ones that apply to your enrollment.
10External links
Our website and course materials link to other websites, such as documentation, tools and partner pages. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability.
11Not professional advice
Career guidance, resume reviews and mentor opinions are general guidance based on experience. They are not legal, financial, tax or immigration advice. For decisions that depend on such advice, speak to a qualified professional or your college.
