01What we deliver
Tectranz provides training and internship services. We deliver them online and in person at our office. We do not sell or ship physical products.
- Online plans: live online classes, recorded lessons, assignments, mentor reviews and a partner company project.
- Offline plans: in-person training at Tectranz Training Centre, [Office address line], [Area], [City] – [PIN]. The Hybrid Campus plan also includes online sessions.
- Documents: offer letter, activity logbook, fortnightly progress reports, final project report and completion certificate, all delivered digitally.
02No physical shipping
Everything we provide is a digital or in-person service. There are no shipping charges, courier partners or delivery addresses involved.
Certificates are issued as digital files with a QR code. You can print them yourself. A printed copy can still be checked online through its QR code or certificate ID.
Online plans work anywhere you have a stable internet connection. Offline plans are delivered only at our office.

We always send important details by email. We also send them on WhatsApp to the number you gave us, if you agreed to receive updates there.
04Online access
Your enrollment is confirmed when Razorpay confirms your payment. Within 24 hours of that confirmation, we send your access details by email and on WhatsApp.
If you pay before your cohort starts, live classes begin on the cohort start date. Your access details include the class schedule.
Access details are for you alone. Please do not share them.
05Offline joining instructions
For the Hybrid Campus and Immersive plans, we send joining instructions within 24 hours of payment confirmation. They include the office address, your reporting time on day one, what to bring, and the office rules.

Hybrid Campus students come to the office 2 to 3 days a week and join the rest online. Immersive students come to the office 5 days a week. We send a reminder before your first day.
06Cohort start dates
Monthly cohorts. Next batch starts on the 1st of each month.
Your cohort start date is shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.
If you pay close to or after a cohort's start date, we confirm with you which cohort you are joining before we give access.
If we need to move a start date, we tell you by email and WhatsApp as soon as we decide. If the new date does not work for you, you can choose a full refund or a free transfer, as our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains.
07Certificates and documents
We deliver documents digitally, as PDF files by email.
Your completion certificate is issued within 15 days of completing the programme, once you meet the completion criteria in our Terms of Service: at least 80% attendance, all assessments submitted and the final review passed.
Each certificate carries a unique ID and a QR code. Anyone can verify it at https://tectranz.com/verify-certificate.
08If you do not receive access
- Check your spam, promotions and updates folders for an email from us.
- Check that the email address and WhatsApp number you gave at checkout are correct.
- Still nothing after 24 hours? Email admissions@tectranz.com or WhatsApp us at +91 [00000 00000] with your name and Razorpay payment ID.
We reply within one working day. If a problem on our side stops us from giving you access to a programme you paid for, you can choose a full refund instead of waiting for a fix.
09Interruptions and changes
If a live session is cancelled because of a mentor emergency or a technical problem, we reschedule it and tell you as early as we can.
If our office cannot open on a given day, for example because of a government order or severe weather, we may run that day's sessions online. We will tell you in advance whenever possible.
Problems with services we do not control, such as your internet connection or third-party platforms, can affect sessions. Where available, we share recordings or catch-up material.
