Policy Q&A assistant
Answers staff questions from a partner's policy PDFs, cites the exact clause, and refuses when the answer isn't in the documents.
Build the system around the model: retrieval, evaluation, guardrails and deployment.
Most AI courses stop at calling an API. This track teaches the engineering that decides whether an AI feature works in production: what to ground in your own data, what to measure, where a human signs off, and what it costs per request. You finish with a deployed system and the written decisions behind it.
Shown for the 12-week plans. The 4 and 8-week plans cover the first phases in less depth and finish with a smaller project.
Deploy, monitor and keep cost per task under control.
Security, guardrails and the points where a human signs off.
Test datasets, scoring and regression checks on every change.
Agents and workflows that plan, call tools and recover from errors.
Pick, route and prompt models. Get structured output back.
Example briefs. Your actual project depends on the partner company assigned to your cohort.

Classifies and routes incoming tickets, drafts replies for human approval, and reports accuracy against a labelled test set.
A regression suite that scores every prompt or model change before it reaches users.
We prepare you for these roles and refer strong performers to open positions at partner companies. We don't guarantee a job.

No. You need: comfortable writing python functions and classes; basic git and command line. The first phase covers the foundations, and mentors help anyone who falls behind.
Yes. The syllabus and certificates are the same. Offline plans add office days with in-person reviews, team projects with partner engineers and more hands-on hours.
It depends on the project brief that fits your level and interests. The company is named on your offer letter before the project phase starts.
Every live class is recorded. You need 80% attendance across live and office sessions to receive the certificate, and you can switch to a later cohort once for free.
Tell us where you are in college and what you want to build. A counsellor calls you within one working day. No sales pressure: if a plan doesn't fit, we'll say so.
